Our Representatives bring superior service coupled with a wide array of products available in the financial industry to our clientele, educating them to protect their loved ones and their accumulated assets. Representatives work on an appointment basis from a base-office location in our office site, and schedule fact-finding meetings to conduct client financial-need “profiles” at these sites or at the client’s home or business. Therefore, a reliable vehicle and a willingness to travel within a 40-mile radius is preferred.

 

 

 

This is a Registered Representative position that requires appropriate Life/Accident/Health Insurance Licenses, and Series 6 and 63 Securities Licenses prior to appointment. We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply, with or without experience in our field. A college degree is preferred; non-tangible sales and marketing experience will be considered as well. Preferred candidates will include those with existing defined markets, or the ability to quickly develop natural markets and networking ability.

 

Candidates will complete pre-appointment training and perform various job-sampling projects. Self-motivation, self-direction, and quick assimilation into a sales environment are essential. The Representative will report directly to an Agency Sales Director, and will participate in local ongoing training programs. All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

 

Ideal candidates should also have the ability to:

· Clear an in-depth background check in order to obtain Securities Registration Due Diligence clearance

· network and develop marketing leads to develop and sustain business flow

· work independently and be self-motivated

· demonstrate stability with prior employment and residency

 

 

 

These positions are full-time career opportunities, offering competitive benefits and initial compensation of up to $1,300 per week (for the initial 19 weeks) for qualified candidates, and commission thereafter.
